National Jute Board ( NJB ) organized participation in the National Handloom Expo Fair, a National level fair at Chennai, organised during the period 8^th Apr’22 to 1^st May’2022, at Co-Optex Exhibition Grounds, Egmore, Chennai.

Totally, 10 Jute Units, from All over India, participated with varied range of Jute Lifestyle products. NJB participated in the National Handloom Expo at Chennai, inaugurated on 8^th Apr’2022, by Shri.Udayanidhi Stalin, MLA (Son of Tamilnadu Chief Minister MK.Stalin) in the presence of Shri.Gandhi, Minister of Textiles, and Shri.M.Subramanian, Minister for Health , Govt of Tamilnadu and Shri.Dayanidhi Maran, MP, Govt of India. Mr.Rajesh, IAS, MD, Cooptex, Shri.Mahesh Kumar, Dy. Mayor, and other Dignitaries were also present during the occasion.

Shri.T.Ayyappan, Dy. Director, NJB and other Jute Entrepreneurs, welcomed the VVIPs at Jute Pavilion, at the National Handloom Expo(NHE).

National Jute Board ( NJB ) organized participation in the National Handloom Expo Fair, a National level fair at Chennai, during the period 1^st to 7^th Aug 2017. 2 Jute Units participated with varied range of Jute Lifestyle products. Shri. Edapaddi K. Palanisami, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, visited the Jute Stalls and appreciated the efforts of NJB, in encouraging the Jute eco-friendly products. MPO (T.Ayyappan) presented Jute Souvenir to the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, on 7^th Aug'2017.

Lifestyle Show, Chennai’2015

National Jute Board ( NJB ) organized participation in the Hindu’s LifeStyle Fair, a National level fair at Chennai, during the period 29^th May to 1^st June’15. 16 Jute Units from all over India participated with varied range of Jute Lifestyle products. Ms.Andria, Famous South Indian Cine Actress inaugurated the Show and also visited the Jute Pavilion.. Chief Guest got very much impressed by the latest developments in the Jute Sector and also by the Artistic products in Jute.

National Jute Board ( NJB ) organized participation in the Hindu’s MetroPlus LifeStyle Fair, a National level fair at Chennai, during the period 6^th to 9^rd June’2014. 18 Jute Units from all over India participated with varied range of Jute Lifestyle products. Ms. Sonia Agarwal, Famous South Indian Cine Actress inaugurated the Show and also visited the Jute Pavilion.. Chief Guest visited the Jute Pavilion and got impressed by the artistic developments in the Jute Artisans. She also assured to promote Jute products, in her field.
